Welcome to the Drivers of Effectiveness for Employee Volunteer and Giving Programs benchmarking survey tool, developed with support from the Bank of America, conducted by the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship under Bea Boccalandro's leadership (bea@veraworks.com / 717 762-9865), and supported by the Points of Light Institute & Hands On Network.
This tool provides you with a report benchmarking your employee volunteering and giving programs against the Drivers of Effectiveness for Employee Volunteering and Giving Programs and against the Fortune 500 companies, and other groups of peers.
Completing this confidential survey tool takes most respondents between 30 and 50 minutes, and can be done is multiple sittings, if that is more convenient (you will be provided a pin for this purpose).
As a participant you will receive free-of-charge:
- a completely confidential benchmarking report of your program relative to the newly developed Drivers of Excellence for Employee Volunteering and Giving Programs (an absolute benchmark) and to the Fortune 500 (a relative benchmark) as soon as you complete the survey
- the listing of your company in the published report as a supporter of this effort (if desired);
- the satisfaction that you supported the development of a set of benchmarks in the field of employee volunteering and giving.
Additionally, the published report will highlight company best practices. Your company may be highlighted as having best practices.
On behalf of the field, we would be very appreciative of your participation.
